Prospire Community Trust is a registered New Zealand charitable trust governed by a Board of Trustees. The Board holds strategic oversight responsibility and ensures the organisation operates in line with its charitable purpose and legal obligations.
Day-to-day delivery is managed through a contracted operational role responsible for programme coordination, delivery, and community engagement across initiatives.
The Trust also works alongside volunteers and contractors who support the delivery of community programmes, events, and initiatives.
